I cut some metal strips and added a little over 2 inches to the grill shell, added mounting brackets and also integrated an AFCO coolant recovery tank. Pictures attached.

06-30-2014 09:19 PM 1930u Grill Shell Work
I have a lot of work to do on the grill shell. I had to notch it to clear fan switch in the lower portion of the radiator. I also made a little shroud to hide switch and wires.

06-30-2014 09:10 PM 1930u seat mounts and harnesses
I recently re-designed my seat mounts. I needed to improve my forward line of site so I re-made the seat mounts and now I have a full 6 inches of vertical adjustment and the mustang seats adjusters also travel about 5 inches fore and aft. I also took this opportunity to make and weld in the seat belt mounting tabs and hung the Crow harnesses.

05-04-2014 07:33 PM 1930u back at it
I've started back to work on the old Plymouth. When I went out to the shop yesterday the first thing I noticed was the gas pedal laying on the floor board. Over the winter it just fell off. The weld let loose on the pivot bracket. It is virtually impossible to find parts made in the states. After about 30 minutes worth of work and a couple of spots welds I have it back together. Definitely an item I will redo after I get the car on the road. The best part was after 7-months the old Hemi fired right up.

Here's a couple pics of the piece a crap gas pedal.
