July 2013. I have owned the car for approx. 1 yr and have made some progress.

Here is pics of when I made a steel roof insert for the car. I used a roof from a 59 Belair sedan. Made a form from a pc of mdf board and the hammered a flange around perimeter. Still needs some finishing.

I purchased patch panels for doors, rockers and rear qtrs. I Also purchased a hood, orig.front axle and wishbones, grill, 40 rear spring,36 wishbones,1939 pedals,272 Y block, Set of Bias ply tires from Coker . I had a 1957 Ford 9" rear and a set of 1940 steel wheels. I sent the axle to Joes Speed shop for a 4 inch drop. I flattened the original rear cross member and used the 40 rear spring.
Made some brackets to attach the rear wishbones to the 9"
I split the orig 34 wishbone up front
using the 34 front spindles and had he arm dropped by Joes Speed Shop
