The first Studebaker

The first Studebaker was not a wagon or a car but a wheel barrel. Johnny Studebaker went west to find his riches in the gold fields of California. Studebaker discovered that if you wanted to make money you needed to supply the miners with a product that they could use and needed bad . Johnny Studebakers Eureka was the Wheel barrel. This happened in a mining town of Dry diggins witch was later named Hang town and then Placerville. Placerville is located on my beloved Lincoln Highway.

I've always loved these type car artwork since 60s with the RatFink.

Unbelievable talent you guys have, I spend entirely to much time looking through this forum, thank you for all the enjoyment.

I found this on the Internet years ago and sent to a friend with same car, he was driven to school in it, learned to drive in it, now it is sitting in a shop waiting for restoration and he is a Capitan in Navy.

I have no idea who the artist is?

I believe that is work done by Rohan Day, an accomplished cartoonist.

Hey, It's been awhile since I've had a chance to post anything on here. I couldn't decide what body style to draw, so I did all three that I was deciding between. enjoy!
