Post Junkyard I came across

I'm driving down the road today in Southern Kentucky and see a sign for a junkyard. Had some time to burn, so I pulled in to see what all kind of goodies I might find. The stop ended up being pretty dismal. Looking out over the yard, all I could see were piles of grand ams, cavaliers, various ricers. No big cars, no trucks, really nothing of interest. I inquired with the guy there about what he might have for mid-80's Chevy truck/Suburban. Nothing!!! He said what he did have was picked over and crushed what was left, "That stuff doesn't sell good enough to mess with." Started looking over the various aluminum wheels beside his trailer/office and asked what he had to fit a 2wd chevy 1/2 ton. He said if he looked around the yard he could probably find some steel wheels off a van he had not to long ago, then went on to say if he had them, he'd sell them for $40/pair. I was laughing to myself all the way back to my work truck.
