Just complaining.
If it doesn't stop raining soon I don't know what I'll do, but it won't be pretty. Every time I take a journey to the garage to finish up a friends paint thats been patiently waiting on it for weeks it downpours. Two inches in a 2.5 hour period downpour. Lightning thunder the whole bit. I know thats usually how it goes with me I get all the sheety cards dealt in my direction at a game, but dern vern you'd think I'd catch a break for someone else. Mother nature must have PMS...thats the only thing I can come up with.

at least its wet enough to keep the freakin' dust down......
don't you hate it when some as$exit tries to cheer you up when your down???? when we gonna see pics of the triumph???? i got me a good digital camera, arrived yesterday, i just hate to take pics of my truck, lookin' like a turd now........ i have 1 semi- before pic, took it this morning...... if you wanna get bummed out, take a look at all the work i have ahead of me.......

I'm waiting on a gasket kit, my bars, seat and a few other little things here and there, when I get that and I get the thing back together I'll finish off the roll and let all of you guys see the before, during and after shots. Its on the backburner untill I finish my buds sheetmetal and get it sent off to him.
Don't feel to bad, whatever you got to do on your truck is little things compared to the other heap I got to finish after the trump. Although I'm seriously thinking of parting it out and cannibalizing it for other cheap rod. The madd man has a good idea with his hodge podge dodge so I might do that. If I didn't get pissed off to the point of not letting the little things get one up on me I'd throw all this sheet into the scaveging pit here at HR.com and take a loooooong vacation. HK

i feel ur pain. always seems to rain here when u dont want it. i spent an awful long time removing rust from the cylinders and the surface of the block of my engine the only night i had my hood off

I agree HK. I am sick of this rain too! It is holding up the garage process. I am about to scrap the garage idea and start building an ark! I am starting to collect two of each animal, so I would appreciate it if you could grab me two of those gators since I don't have any here. I'll pick 'em up when the tide is high and sets the ark a-sailin!

Senor, I have a few baby gators now. They are about 15-18" long. My pond is shaped like a huge donut and there are 4-5 in the water now so its officially a moat. I want to build a small castle on the island just to aggrivate the wealthy folks down the road that drive past my house. I have a moat stocked with moat monsters so its only fitting to have a castle. Add a few tombstones, a drawbridge and a little castle and its recreate the dark ages!

We've had about 3 days straight without rain now but you can't go outside for the damned mosquitoes. They hang on the back screen all day long just daring you to go outside. Gonna make 'em the state bird now. And on top of that the humidity is going to start climbing. I guess this is going to be the first taste of summer that we've had all summer.

Them Baptists keep praying for rain! They need to get on world peace, teen age pregnancy, or the infield fly rule. I have been in charleston now for 3 weeks and they have had 17 straight days of rain!

HK, I know what you mean about always raining when you don't need it but could you do me a BIG favor??
Box some (ALOT) of it up and send it over here please!!!!! Been just plain hot and dry and the brush fires are killin' us here. Tuesday spent 11 hours out on one fire alone. We did get some showers Tues. night and last nite but we need a bunch more.

Rain? What's rain? We keep getting threatened with the stuff, but it nevers falls. I've forgotten what it looks like. Ground is all cracked, grass is turning brown.
Send some of that wet stuff our way, HK.  Chickie.

What is rain? My yard has cracks so wide in it we lost 3 kids and a small dog and can't find them for nothing. Seriously we have been in a drought situation since August of 2001 (yes a full 2 years) they say we need about 15 inches of rain to bring the water tables back up to normal.

Thanks HK that was quick!!!!! Just went out to fix a couple of things we tore up on our Brush truck from the last fire we had and guess what!! Its pouring wet stuff from the sky!!!! I think it might be that rain I asked you for. Guess I'll fix that truck a little later
