Just picked up new project

14 hours, one wife, one daughter and a dog named Trigger. Anyway the 2004 Colorado 4WD, 4CYL, Crew Cab worked flawlessly. 62 MPH and only had to downshift on the big hills. Now I can start cleaning out the animals and garbage from the last 20+ years. Fun

Good start, looks like it is in fairly good shape, but first looks can be deceiving. Have fun

That's definitely a '53. The large park light units tell that fact as well as the large grille teeth.

It is a 53. It was appearently a runner two years ago. The tag on back say 1969 South Dakota. So I'm doughting it was a runner. Motor is free, just missing a coil. Maybe I will try and fire it. Not going to use the motor anyway. Do some burnouts before teardown. Thanks for looking and the comments.
