K Spray?

Im ordering it and would like to know what to use in order to clean up with? Will regular solvent work such as lacquer thinner?

That is a little harsh. I use prepsol (wax and grease remover)

You have to use the correct solvent or it simply won't work. K-Spray comes off with mineral spirits or Xylol, just like contact adhesive. Xylol is more expensive, but it works better.

The K Spray arrived. When I opened the box from Perfect Fit I thought the can was going to explode because it was bulging on the bottom. I pried the cap insert out and it went flying from the pressure.

How long should I let it dry before I attach everything together?

When I get a can like that I puncture the liner with a punch and remove the punch very slowly to let the pressure release.

K-Spay doesn't have to be completely dry before you mate the pieces together, it can still be a little wet. Basically, when you put the pieces together and they grab one another it's ready. Try some scrap pieces first before you do the gluing for your project.
