kickdown for powerglide
i recently purchased a 23 tbucket, 283, powerglide, 55 chev st. wagon rearend. i replaced the holley 4 bbl with an edelbrock. the tranny wants to downshift unless i am driving it hard, can't cruise 30-40 w/o it kicking into first. is there any rule of thumb on adjustment? i've got it tore down for paint, will need to get it ready for the springtime..help!!
