I can tell you first hand that in this state writing sold as is.. is worthless on a bill of sale.. even with the issues written on the b.o.s. court don't care..

First find a lawyer dumb enough to take a case with no written law, they won't touch it, as he could be liable for the defendants lawyers cost.
I don't care if the engine blew up after he gave the guy the money and was still in the driveway, it is not a safety item and no case.
