Whoa, I want to believe that law enforcement folks are on top of things like this... but maybe an email or two to the right people would be in order.

Can't believe someone would be quite that stupid. But who knows about crooks. Up here in Minocqua, WI we had a wintertime robbery of a Savings and Loan some years ago. The robber fled the scene on his snowmobile - through fresh snow - right to his apartment. Took the coppers about 30 minutes to follow him home and put on the cuffs.

ATTENTION

ATTENTION heres a Link BRAND NEW snap on jacket and hat in the wrapper. Guy has a low feedback rating and is in Washington (same state snap on guy was killed in) He doesn't have any other snap on items up yet, which doesn't mean anything, it would be stupid to a whole bunch of new snap on items at once. Can't point the finger at him but its worth keeping and eye on. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6753

nahh, look at his other auctions, he's not selling anything else that's snap on. He probably got it for christmas.

I wonder if they can track the numbers on the tools or something

Killer I kind a thought the same thing you did at first. But then I thought if it was me I wouldn't put a bunch of the stolen goods up at once, especially if I had to kill someone to get them. The odds are 1 in a million I'm sure, but since he's in the same state as the murdered snap on guy I'm going to keep an eye on what he puts up for sale.
