Kit company for a 32-33? roadster

I am in the process of planning a build of a rat rod (32-33 roadster style). I am new to the kit car business and need a little direction on purchasing a good quality rolling chassis. I already have a small block chevy for power and a turbo 400 trans. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks, garson

First off, let me welcome you to HR. Com. I see this is your first post.

One of the features of this site is a great search engine (use the button marked "search" near the top of the page). You will find many many threads discussing various glass body makers. Usually, you will get the best response from folks here if you indicate in your post that you have searched the subject but still have a specific question or two.

Always learning...and sharing what I've learned. The Scratch-Built Hot Rod.

Or you could go to your local News stand and buy either Street Rodder magazine, American Rodder, Rod and Custom or any of many others and I believe they have internet sites as well where advertisers show their wares. There is a plethora of semi and full kit roadsters over there you lucky people.

Cheers from Aus

I believe that Wescott makes the best fiberglass 32 Roadster body on the market.......and have for a long time. Brookville makes a nice metal body for a little more money.....

And TCI makes a great 32 frame..........and will build it so you can use your SBC and 400 Turbo....

This is a photo of my all steel, original Ford bodied 32 roadster.
I have owned it more than 25 years......and like the one you want to has a SBC and Turbo 400.
