Kudo's to Classic Instruments

Customer service is still alive and well....at CI anyway. Thought I'd throw out an "attaboy" where one is earned. I purchased an older but never used 6 gauge set from a pri. party. They are the vintage series tan face/gold bezel with curved glass set......just what I wanted. Except, the tach was an 8k and the speedeo was a custom built 160 mph, now my 507" Cadillac makes 466 hp @ 5,000 and 535 trq. @ 4300, don't need 8k and I' m never going to even get close to 120 let alone 160.

So I called Classic and spoke to Ron Hanna who is a manager, I told him I needed a 6k tach and a 120 speedo and asked if they could convert my gauges over to those numbers. He said "no problem" and surprised me when he said the cost would be about $70 shipped to my door. So 9 days later here they are.... Very happy!
