I put an L67 in my '67 Volvo wagon. I went with the T5 manual transmission. I used the donor ('98 Pontiac GTP) ECU along with the gauges from a '97 Camaro. I bought a Helms manual for the GTP and figured out the wiring. I used an American Auto wire kit for the body stuff. Blood Enterprises in Auburn, Wa used an HP Tuners license, put the car on a dyno and checked that every thing was working, calibrated the speedo and raised the speed limiter.
Your list looks pretty complete to me, although I don't know what you mean by a -square coil plug per side. I only used one oxy sensor in the driver side collector (I built 3 into 1 headers) like the donor car and bought this: Easy Performance - O2 Emulator #EP-O2SM-GM01
