ladder bar or caltrac upgrade?

Someone help me please. I am so confused. I am upgrading my car from a 307 2 a 400. I have mono leaf springs and I KNOW tht the 400 will spin like crazy if I don't upgrade this alittle. I have 2.73 gears in the rear.

I have the choice of some $50 leaf ladder bars from off a 69 something. Or a $75 pair of new caltracs. Which one is easier to install. Which one is more worth the effort? Any advantages over the other.

MY PRIMARY USE IS A SEMIDAILY STREET DRIVER. With very occasional cruises 2 the strip on the weekend.

You gave us no idea what vehicle this is for, but if it's leaf sprung, Calvert will have or make whatever you need. However, you will NOT find a new set of Cal-Trac's for anywhere near $75 (mis-typed?). They are $375 and well worth it!

My car right now is a stock mono leaf. . And there is no mispelling about the $75 caltracs. Ima bargain shopper tht make shidd happen. $1000 nova $500 400 sbc. . Etc. . So if caltracs are worth it and yu say they are $300 more than what I'm gonna get them 4 then. . Maybe. . How hard is it 2 install the caltracs over ladder bar on a leaf spring setup
