largest scratch to reclear over

Hi, guys I based and cleared a 26 t .I got back on the clear to quick, solvent pop.
Also had trash problem.My buddy sanded with 400 wet.
What is largest scratch i can clear over.

400 wet should not be an issue with most clears.
I have done 320 dry with a high solids without an issue.
