Last Question About Compressor Piping

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find the right way to angle my piping for the new compressor. Do I angle if away from the compressor or towards the compressor. I can't get any decisive answers. Let's start a dialog and help me make a decision. I want to do it right the first time.

As always thanks,

I have heard both ways too. In the end, I decided to go away from the compressor, I thought it made more sense to have it not going back to the source that is pushing air (thus the water) back into the system. I believe 4 inches every 50 feet was all that was needed.

You should have a verticle run from the compressor as high as possible, then slant AWAY from the compressor.
