Latest Chev Engine Purchase
 

Recently purchased an Chev V8. It's a 5.7 engine with the numbers K0426FSC stamped on the front. Casting # 14093638 with Head # 14102193 which comes back as 1:94, 1:50.
After searching the database and finding the casting number listed, it still shows little to no information about the engine other than it's a 350.

I understand the first of the numbers but the "FSC" cannot be found. Any ideas as to what this
FSC "code" represents?

According to the Mortech site...'87-'95 350 ci. 2 or 4 bolt main caps, with a roller or flat tappet cam and a 1 piece rear main seal. Batstar70
