it will work,but a lead-free flux is not the best in my opinion,My grandfather,my dad and myself have been 'leading' cars for decades,we all tried that lead free/enviromentally friendly stuff and it doent seem to like to stick well to the surface,and it doesnt flow well. I use 'Canfield' tinning butter and their 70/30 virgin tin and lead sticks..its not cheap,but its good stuff
