leaf spring cutting for better ride?
Has anyone ever shortened some of the leaves in leaf springs to get a softer ride? I caught the end of a car show that featured someone shortening some of the bottom leaves to make the spring less rigid. I have a full size blazer that I cut into a pickup cab with a custom bed, looks cool, but the ride is hard without the extra weight any tips or other ideas would be nice.
