leaf springs

1996 chevy c3500 tow truck have a question about leaf springs. What can i do so my leaf springs are not siting on my helpers. Do i have to add more springs or do i have to put a lift kit on it. I did check the springs and none of them are broken.

You can add a leaf but it will increase your ride height. See if you can find heavier duty springs for it.

I have no clue as to your location but around here there are some spring suppliers that would be glad to supply some new springs for that truck..try doing a search..sounds like yours have seen better days and are sagging on you..
