leaking oil

I have a 350 SBC with new edlebrock aluminum heads. New valve coves ahce large breather vents on both sides. Left side is blowing oil had out the breather vent under hard accelleration. Valve covers do not have the baffle installed.
Will this fix the problem or is something else going on??

You do need the Baffles under both Breathers. A PCV on one side would be a better setup.
