I agree with you 100% as amatter of fact my arguement to the upholstry guy was he should've known better than to use old foam. After I specifically said replace the foam. I was gonna have the guy re-do them but I feel it's a waste of my time. Fiberglass is alot easier to upholster, add foam , make patterns, sew , heat stretch, and glue. (When I did my Lambo interior I did stretch and glue the leather over my sew foam. Even on the curved pieces they came out great, I used chipboard glued to the foam of the curve)
So I'm going to attempt re-do them myself.
