lift bars and traction bars

i have a 80' chevy malibu and i was planning on putting on lakewood traction bars and lift bars and i was wondering if would they work well togather.also can someone tell me how they work? any info on getting my malibu to hook up would be helpful, thank you!!

Both are doing the same thing, controling axle rotation. I wouldn't use then together. To hard to tune. I preferr the Lift Arm. With a coil over to control braking forces.
