Lifters Making Noise

A buddy just built a brand new 350sbc for me and I hear the lifters. Its a roller motor and cam but when the rpms are high I hear them. Is this normal if not what do I do?

284 hydraulic roller cam lifters are noisy

Ayuh,... Call your Buddy,+ ask him to have a Listen,...

Maybe he can run the valves again while he's at it.....
