Question lifters pros and cons

hydraulics or solid lifters does anyone have a preferance? im leaning towards solids. the sound alone is worth the price of admission. they will be going in a 350 stroked to 383. thanx

TORQUE

I like sleepers, but I like torque. Why not a hydrolic roller lifter? Roller 383 is the best pop for the buck. I have 150k on mine. Add a drive gear instead of double chain if you want serious sound.

If you don't mind the added adjusting that comes along with the solids, then those are the ones for you! BTW, beautiful 'maro!

Everyone that I have ever heard from that uses solid cams says that they will stay adjusted as long as you use poly locks. Everyone says that frequent adjustment idea is a wives tale.
