Light Bar Removal "might be off topic"

Im trying to get the light bar removed off my '86 chevy k 10 and i was wondering what you guys suggest getting it off because i think it has a security nut on it . heres a picture :

very careful work with a grinder would get it.

or cut a slot in it with a thin cut off wheel and stick the biggest srew driver you have it it.

Sometimes, you can grab it sucessfully with a pair of Vise-Grips. If not, I'd go for cutting a slot in it.

By the way it looks I would maybe take a small punch or chisel and pound it counter clockwise at an angle. The picture is too small to get a clear idea.
