Lincoln SP100T - should I buy it?

I'm looking to get a decent welder to start doing bodywork on my projects. I've never welded before, and I don't have a lot of cash, so I'm not looking to buy anything real fancy, but I want it to be capable of doing a decent job. I've found a used Lincoln SP100T (flux or gas) welder for $125. the guy says he's only put about 3 to 4 spools of wire through it. I don't plan on doing any frame welding with it, just body panels and whatever random pieces of metal I can practice on before fuxx0ring my project! Plus this is 100V so its convenient. Is this a good welder? Will it weld body panels well? and do you recommend C25 over C02? thansk!
