Lincoln Welders - Is there a difference

For the life of me I cannot see the difference between the specifications of these Lincoln welders:

Model SP-175T (Specifications )

and

Model Pro Mig (Specifications )
Model Weld-Pak 175HD (Specifications )

The top one has a MSRP of around $880 but can be found for less. The bottom two seem to go for around $600 but can be found on eBay for $450. Best I can tell the bottom two are simply "packaged" for sale by various retailers. Being realistic I assume there are differences otherwise it would be hard to explain the several hundred dollar difference.

Does anyone know what the differences (if any) are?

If, there are substantial differences, then in all honesty I would probably end up getting a Millermatic 175, but the Lincoln at $450 definitely has peaked my interest.
