In Line Air Tool Oiler

I hooked up a filter/oiler in my air system. It's a cheap HF unit and I'd like to know how to tell if the right amount of oil is coming through the line. It has a dome on top to see how much oil is coming through but I really don't know how much oil should be up there. If anyone has one like this maybe they could tell me how far to adjust the screw out.

Thanks,
Danny

give the screw just a crack from finger tight, assuming you have the tan/ green FRL unit, which is what I have.
