Little help on 327 id

I acquired a 327 recently and would like a little help in determining the: correct application, h.p. rating, compression ratio. The engine is a 3782870 with a July 63 date code. The suffix code stamped on the front is "IS" I have only found a couple of sources that tell me this is a "special high performance" block for a chevelle with no info on horsepower rating. The heads are 461's with date codes of B1 2 and D6 2 with 1.94 and 1.50 valves. The pistons are a domed top with reliefs and I see that 2 are stamped 7002P and Std. The gentleman I purchased this from ran it in a old chev coupe and pulled it during the early 70's when high octane was hard to come by. I am planning on selling this but would like as much info as I can get to properly describe would be nice to know if is a 300 or 350 horse version?

The Chevrolet casting numbers book I have says that the 3782870 block came in the following cars from 62-65: passenger, chevelle, truck, corvette. This is also a small journal block.

The head casting 3782461 came on 283's and 327's from 61 to 67 and was equiped in the following cars: corvette, passenger, truck, chevelle, chevy II. All but the truck state Hi-Perf usage.

Are there any other parts that have casting numbers? Like exhaust manifolds, intake manifold, carb, etc.?

Hope this helps.

Is the intake stock? If so, a Carter style square intake would probably have been the 300. A Holley style would have been the SHP for that year.
