Little Painting.
Over the past month I've been helping my best friend get his 84 Cutlass ready for paint. I'm not a body man and neither is he. My brother is self taught in paint and body, so he told us what to do and we did the prep work. My brother did the spraying. We didn't have a booth so it was done outside.
We used all PPG material. The car is painted GM bright blue, aka Iroc Blue, aka Electric blue. The paint was BC Global, and the clear coat is Glamour clear. We used a light dusting of .025 Chrome metal flake. The spraying was finished on Sunday, tomorrow we'll be picking up the 2000 grit and sanding the clear. When spring rolls around we'll be spraying it with another run of clear then sanding out and buffing. Thus far were really pleased with how it came out. I wanted to see what yall thought. Thanks for looking.
