a little valvetrain help

Ok I Bought a set of Dart 200cc iron eagles I bought them bar so I could set them up how I want to now I have a realitively weak bottom end I plan on going all forged 383 with splayed main caps next year and with a roller set up as well

Now I have my cast bottom end good for 5500 rpm (400 crank and 400 rods in 350 block)

Now I have my heads and a good intake setup I want to setup my valve train now for when I go forged besides the roller cam and maybe the valve springs

I need valves pushrods guideplates I am going to go with a smaller cam now and get 1.6 roller rockers
Now my question is will it hurt me to run 1.550 springs and +.100 valves and + or minus .100 pushrods right now? I dont want to be buying the same stuff twice a year later (hell it may be 6 months depending on the all mighty dollar)

I am assuming running too strong of springs with a flat tappet cam will beat the **** out of it but I could be wrong I would prefer to do this once and do it right then swap my stuff over
I have already bought a 7/16 stud girdle for 41 bucks off ebay
I am going to get a billet timing set as well and moly push rods and so on
but I want everthing to be right and done as I hate redoing the same thing
the final motor should be a beast but I will have to be satisfied with this for now
