More marketing hype designed to convince you that you now need two different products for your car.

Vince came up with a recipe for home made lizard skin at about 1/5 the price. I used that along with some thermozite that saved me a ton of money over Dynamat. I am very pleased with my results. Do a search for the recipe or p.m. Vince, the first guy to respond to this thread.

I had all ready bought lizard skin before I saw Vince's home made so can only speak of the results of the LS and can say it works a lot better then any thing else we have used. That includes heat and noise. Shine uses LK he said, don;t know if he tried Vince"s home made or not you mite ask him if there is a difference if he has tried it..

i've been using lizardskin for going on 10 years. it has never failed or peeled or fell off . i went through the glue up stuff like everybody else but the lizardskin just seals up the cabin better. you have to stop heat migration . it will seek a way in. talk with a h/a guy . they deal with it all the time.
but that being said i can not risk trying something else. this is how i make my living.

yes sir did ok. even had firewood left over this year.
i use both . especially on the corvettes . it really makes them solid. kills the road noise and seals the glass up . i bought the gun because it is adjustable . i found that by reducing just a tad with water you can get a pretty smooth finish. an undercoat gun just splatters it everywhere and pretty much looks like crap.
let me know if i can help.
