LM7 weight

I have looked for over an hour and can't find any info on the weight of an LM7 engine. I did find out it was 60 lbs heavier than it's LS4 aluminum block cousin. Also wondering what the weight is on a 4L60e transmission.
Any help would be appreciated.

I read somewhere the aluminum ls2 block is 107 and iron one is 172. The GM performance lsx block is 225. I don't believe there is a LS4. As for the 4L60

Transmission Weight Dry (Approximate)
298 mm Converter
70.5 kg (155.70 lb)

Transmission Weight Wet (Approximate)
298 mm Converter
80.5 kg (176.16 lb)

Do a Google search thats what I did.

Yeah, I had been all over google for hours before I posted. Finally found this:
Weight of 5.3 LM7 (iron block) 518 lbs fully dressed and wet
Weight of 4L60e transmission 195 lbs wet.
I'm trying to figure how much weight I lost when I replaced the old drive train in my Suburban. All I need now is the weight of the old 3 speed manual.
By the way, the old 235 I6 was 630 lbs.
