CamberBrandt does. He is a member here. He owns his own business, that apperently we aren't allowed to mention without some people thinking that it is advertising...LOL
Send him a PM.
Later,

From what I understand, WE can mention and post links to his site, but HE can't do it. It wouldn't be an advertisement but a referal if WE do it.

Exactly.

Also, business website owners are allowed to place their website url in their user profile, and then they can say: "check my user profile for my url".

Business owners may not post any business contact information on the board (urls, phone numbers, etc.), although they can say their business name. This allows them to mention their businesses, but not to advertise their businesses.

Owners of non-commercial websites may post links to their own sites on the board.
