Lokar shifter instructions

I was wondering if anyone could send me the instructions that come with the lokar shifter kit for a 350 trany? I bought the car and the kit came with it but there are no instructions and I don't want to start cutting holes with out them thanks.

I'd suggest you call or email Lokar & ask about lost instructions.

they could fax or mail a set I am sure.

Lokar reps are A"?> holes I striped a bolt on there mounting plate and they would not send me one even if I paid for it until i sent them the one that was striped.
This would have me down for over a week. I know this don't help you but that is the kind of people your dealing with.

I'm truly surprised Lokar doesn't put their manuals on their website, like B&M, MSD, Wilwood and so many others. Saves you time and them the cost of having to deal with such requests.

There are some real good pictures on the Lokar site showing the shifter mounted on the trans....that will show you how it goes on. On the coupe in my avatar...I mounted the shifter all but the shift lever...there is room to do this.....I made the hole in the floor directly above where the shift lever goes.... I had to enlarge the hole a second time.. elongate it actually because my first hole was not long enough to let me move the shifter into low. The biggest problem that I had was getting the shifter adjusted where the neutral safety switch would work properly.

I disagree totally. I have a Lokar 700R4 TV cable kit on my 34 project. Over time and readjusting it the carb end of the inner cable had become frayed. I called Lokar to see if I could just order the inner cable because mine was frayed. I was ready to pay for it, but they sent me a new one under warranty. The TV cable is several years old.
