How much HP is the motor? And what is a conversion kit? I can not imagine having enough power in a residence situation to run a 15 HP 3 phase industrial motor But apparently this is possible so I would like to know how for future reference.

Its in the truck took three of us and a backhoe to get her in but she is in and strapped down...so tomorrow I'll take her to the plant and have a couple of the electrical guys look at her..
Will post a pic as soon as i figure out how....wifey said she would teach me on the weekend ...
