Well i got my wish in smaller displacement and better fuel economy. i couldnt really contend with what these engines have to offer. i broke down and looked on car-part.com. not only am i pleased to have almost all of the harness, but im also doing that myself one wire at a time. they all been spliced by the junk yard i got it from. tomorrow im buying the computer for 50 bucks at the same junk yard. lets hope they have the connectors with it, other wise imma grab the genuis through the phone and demand to talk to someone higher up :thumbup:

Those are a great engine. Easy to get a lot more power from it also.

Hey buddy the engine should fit 90 degrees toward the front though :D:D:D:D And it appears some parts are needed to connect it to the rest of the truck!!

i plan on turbo charging it, and camming. Got the same year ECM for it, gonna have it flashed in the future or pick up a programming system. Also got the 4L80E that is 1 inch longer than my TH350 that has a 9 inch tail shaft, and my truck also is equipped with the adjustments ill have to make with the transmission cross over, although id like an ofset version alot better
yea it may or may not go like id like it to go, but the dirty dingo mounts i believe are what im looking at. It has the frame mounts from the suburban i got it from, said it only had 119,XXXX miles on it.
