lookin' for brass dragster helmet shifter knob

Yep, that's what I'm lookin' for. I saw an ad either on line or in a magazine some time back of a brass shifter knob that looks like a vintage dragster helmet/mask. I think it cost around $60. Does anybody know who has this site? I'd like the shifter knob for my daily driver.
Thanks,
Todd

I think Gennie Shifters has the piece you are looking for. I think they are machined from a block of plastic and not brass though.

Thanks for the information. I think this Bulletin Board is going to be a big help for me. I hope I can return the favor in the near future. My specialty is using waterbased automotive paint like Auto Air Colors. I'm also a artist with a broad background on automotive and art history.
Thanks again and I look forward to sharing stories and information with you all.
Best regards,
Todd

Hey thanks for the information. I discovered the mooneyes connection a couple weeks ago. The thing I also found out, there are some blanks out there where I could custom paint my own. That I'd like to do.
I'm going to make the plunge eventually. I think $65 bucks is steep though, for a plastic knob.
Thanks again and I'll keep you posted.
Best,
Todd, vintagenut
