it's not a bolt on and line bore & go, like you said
(cut the caps to fit the block and so the bolt holes line up, i'm sure block casting differ same # or not) isn't there some machine shop owners / machinist's here on the board ? they said it can be done, just at a high price, and then maybe timing chain problems. not worth the chance or money to me. these are not 2nd rate shops.
