Looking for advice - lowering C4 rear end
All - I have a C4 rear in my '46 Ford. Its the rear with the fiberglass mono spring that runs from one side to the other. I need to lower it about 2". I've purchased the "lowering bolts", but that only gave me about 3/4". I'd really like to put air suspension in it, but can't justify the $1k for Shockwaves...
Any ideas? |

Could you use a longer grade 8 bolt and Nyloc nut?
