Looking for a bench-bucket-ish seat?

Hey everyone,

I need some ideas here... I have a 58 Chevy PU Hot rod. Currently it has a couple cheap bucket "race" seats in it. I like the support, and they are actually pretty comfortable for being 95% non adjustable. Problem is they are built cheap and are probably unsafe.

I have 2 boys that love taking rides in the truck. In fact it's a fight who gets to ride first. So my ultimate goal would be this.... Find a Factory bench seat that I could strap 2 car seats into but it would also offer the support of a bucket race style seat.

Thanks for any ideas.

What about a mid eighties Chevy PU seat. Kind of a 60/40 bench kinda, sorta, thingy.

That's pretty much what I'm leaning to is a 60/40 deal. But its a 58 so the seat needs to be pretty narrow. I need to take some measurements to see what will fit.

that's where i hang out when i'm not here
some guys use the s10 seats, 3rd row denali or other narrow stock seat options

i have chopped 07 ford fusion buckets in mine, so i can't recommend anything
