Looking for a brake bell-crank

Does anybody out there have any idea where I get information on a bell-crank setup for a brake master cylinder? Because of the engine interference my master cylinder will have to be moved either inside the car under the dashboard or extended out in front of the motor. I guess I can fabricate a bracket and bell-crank myself but I was wondering if anybody is making something like this now? I will attach a picture of what I am looking for.

Go to the salvage yard and start popping open hoods on vans, you should find just what you're looking for. I know I've seen setups almost identical to the one in the photo. I wanna say a mid seventies Dodge tradesman has a removable bracket assembly and a small diameter booster that would tuck nicely under the dash.
