Hi All,
I'm getting my '64 caddy interior done and I need a little help with ideas for the interior. Does anyone have any on-line sources showing different interiors? the last car I had done was no problemo because I knew I wanted tuck and roll and I knew how I wanted it to look. Now I'm in a bit of a quandry. I'm looking for something between classic caddy and old school hot rod but I also like some of the newer style interriors with the sculpted shapes. I'm going to paint the car with scallops or flames. What I'd really like to do is to look at what others have done. thanks! -alfie |

sculpted
i agree, i think the sculpted panels ect are hot. if your considering going that route you might get them made up before you paint so you can paint them at the same time.
are you doing the whole interior? or just panels and kickplates and stuff like that? most of your sculpted stuff is just fiber cloth and resin. you can use the aresol foam that hardens to shape what you want, then resin over it. r4r |

I'm getting the whole car done. Top, Seats, Carpet, Dash, Door panels, custom console.
I wish I had time to do it myself, I'd love to buy a sewing machine and learn to do it myself instead of paying to get my interior done but unfortunately, I've just got too many parallel projects going... when will I ever learn If anyone has pictures or a site with good pictures, let me know! I'm sure it would be useful for others too. Thanks -alfredo |
