Looking for a new Carb

Im looking for a new carb for my 350, that I just put together. Im sure you guys know that I was working on a 400 SBC and I had oil pump failure.

Anyways I put the 400 heads on to the 350 that were ported, and polished and, I put the cam in it that I had recently purchase

Duration @ .050" 214 int 214 Exh

SAE duration 287 287

Lobe spread 105 115

lash Hydraulic

Valve Lift ".444 ".444

Cam Lift ".296 ".296

What CFM would I look for to put on here. The qjet I have right now keeps puking gas out of it and I had a carb guy rebuild it..

any help is appreciated
Thanks

Ed

Nothing bigger than a 650cfm.If you have an auto trans go with vac. secondaries, manual trans mach. secondaries.Adjustable air bleeds are nice to have.

Take your Qjet to Sean Murphy (SMI) = expert

I have QJets on my cars that were rebuilt and tuned by Sean Murphy of Huntington Beach, CA. He owns SMI or Sean Murphy Induction. They are
the best carb for street/strip use and he can make yours right.

I have two 383's (one 700R and one 200R) with QJets and get 14-16 mpg with them and one has 410 HP and 470# torque in a heavy car.

They work great, start easy and work well without messing with them all the time.
