Looking for parts help

Hi
Im working on a 1936 Ford Panel truck and was trying to find new or reproduction body parts. Would prefer steel for the body and stainless over chrome if possible but am flexible. I have all the original parts but like the grill and grill shell some are a bit tweaked so Iím trying to find a Web sight that has 36 Ford Panel parts to see if it is worth repairing or just replacing them. See http://www.icemanproject.com itís not just a Ĺ ton itís a 1 Ĺ ton Panel truck I think ford may have sold it as a cab and frame and the rest was done custom? If any one has seen or has any info about its history let me know. All I know is it was once owned by a company called Barker Brothers in Montana.

Mike

Thanks Brian

This thing is a one of, I donít know if it's the mother of all SUVs or the grand father of the Grave Digger but it does make you stop and wonder.
I have the frame up in Oregon at a Fabrication shot called RaceTech Fabrication
getting IFS installed, because all I could find was Mustang II parts which would have scared the heck out of me every time I hit a pothole if I used them. Russ up there is fabricating and installing HD IFS for me and doing a grate job.

Iceman,

That is a very cool looking truck!

If you need new body pieces made you might want to check out http://www.fergusoncoachbuilding.com/. The owner is very talented and does a great job. He is doing the metal work on my '35 Chevy and I am more than pleased with the quality of the work. And just to let you know I am pretty picky. No body filler will be needed.

I am interested in learning more about the suspension you are having built for the truck. A 1948 Chevy Suburban is next on my to do list and I have been considering several options for front suspension. I really want soemthing more substantial than the MII based units for the truck build.

Good luck with the project! Keep us posted.
