Looking for Stainless or Aluminum Fuel Filler

I am looking for a recessed aluminum or stainless fuel filler. I need one with a 2 1/4" filler tube. I found one made by JAZ, but it is plated. I want something I can recess in the bed of my truck. Right now I'm using a marines style tube, but it is only 1 1/2", and creates several problems to fill.

Air evac tube ?

You probably need to install a tube to let the air out as you fill the tank. trucks have the tube running from the top of the tank to a spot between the cap and where the end of the fill nozzel reaches this will let the air out without bubbling and burping in the fill pipe. In the factory my buddy got a free Mustang for adding a long flexible hose to the fill nozzel that put the gas in the bottom of the tank and they could fill 15 gallons in 45 seconds. Ford made a higher profit percentage from the fuel in new cars than the car itself.

Thanks for the response timothale. Thats not the problem. I have a vent installed. The problem has to do with combination of small diameter filler hose that is pinched close because of the extra length added by the necking the hose down from 2 1/4 ince to 1 1/2 inch.
