What kind of car is it? If it has front buggy springs like my Willys, it will pull to the side no matter what you do. This is caused by the springs flattening out on braking causing the pitman arm to be pulled and the wheels to steer. I quickly learned to compensate and do it subconsciously now. No big deal.
