Loud rattling noise after extreme downshift
 

What kind of damage would you expect from downshifting into 2nd from 3rd going too fast? (3speed trans)

I did it and there is now some loud rattling going on in the torque converter area.. I thought I threw a rod, towed the truck home and it has sat since. Started it yesterday and the motor is fine, its def coming from the trans area. Im going to try and post a video tmrw.
Its a manual valve body th400 and I downshifted going too fast then bang bang bang bang bang bang bang...like I said thought I threw a rod but nope....
