I can't tell you where to look since I'm on the east coast, but I can tell you to get them done, most reputable shops will want you to have the hood totally bare, prefarbly bead blasted and any bracing inside the hood to be removed. I would google...........hot rod shops that do louvering in temecula...see where that takes you. In California I would think there are tons of rod shops that can help you.
